By accessing or using WalkToDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

WalkToDoc is a platform that connects patients with healthcare providers for appointment booking and related services. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Doctors listed on the platform are independent professionals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian's consent to use WalkToDoc. Doctors must hold valid licenses in the jurisdictions where they practice.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@walktodoc.com.

5. Bookings, cancellations & no-shows

Appointments are confirmed once accepted by the provider. Cancellation and no-show policies vary by provider and may include fees. Always check the provider's policy before booking.

6. Payments

Consultation fees are set by individual providers. Payments are processed securely through third-party processors. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated by the provider's policy or required by law.

7. Medical disclaimer

WalkToDoc is not a medical service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Always seek the advice of a qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition.

8. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, harass providers or other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine personal experience. We may remove content that is false, defamatory, or violates our guidelines.

10. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software on WalkToDoc are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute our content without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalkToDoc is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with providers.

12. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WalkToDoc is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
